• The User Content does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights).
• The User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

You retain any ownership rights to the content you post. However, by submitting User Content on Saffron Pages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works of your content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. This license is necessary for us to display your listings and promote the directory. We do not claim ownership over your content; this license simply allows us to host and showcase the material you provided.

We do not pre-screen every submission, but we reserve the right (though not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion if we believe it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to refuse any new listing or post that we deem inappropriate or outside the scope of our Site. You understand that Saffron Pages is a public platform, and any information you post in your listings (including contact details) will become public information visible to all visitors.

5. Directory Listings and Interactions
Our Site is a directory service. We provide a platform for businesses, job posts, and service listings to be shared, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of those listings. We are not an employer, hiring agency, broker, or direct party to any transaction that might result from listings on Saffron Pages.
